About Jule
Jule is a no-code platform for building and embedding pop-ups, preference centers, quizzes, banners, floating buttons, inline forms, and other on-site capture units. It is purpose-built for marketing, growth, and retention teams who need to ship customer-facing experiences quickly without filing engineering tickets.
The platform combines a drag-and-drop visual editor with a single-script-tag embed model. Capture units render directly in the host site’s DOM (not an iframe), so they inherit brand styling, work with custom fonts and CSS, and are fully responsive across desktop and mobile. Multi-tenant workspaces, custom domains, and per-workspace branding make Jule a fit for both single-brand teams and complex parent companies running many properties from one account.
Jule’s quiz engine supports multi-step flows, branching logic, conditional questions, scoring, and personalized result screens. Teams can build product finders, style quizzes, fit guides, onboarding flows, and assessment experiences without code, and use the answers to enrich profiles, trigger journeys, and drive on-site personalization.
Every Jule project is connected to a flexible trigger system: immediate, time-delay, scroll-depth, exit-intent, and manual triggers, with display frequency caps, audience targeting conditions, and desktop/mobile-specific rules. Real-time analytics track views, starts, completions, and drop-off so teams can iterate quickly and prove ROI on every capture unit.
Jule was built with enterprise security in mind. All third-party API credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, all external API calls are server-side (no keys ever exposed to the browser), and the platform supports GDPR Article 17 deletion, per-workspace data isolation, role-based access control, and full audit logging.
The result is a platform that lets a retention or lifecycle team launch a fully branded preference center, exit-intent pop-up, product finder quiz, or inline signup form in minutes instead of weeks, with the data flowing directly into the systems they already use to engage customers.
Jule and Iterable
Jule is the easiest way for Iterable customers to capture, manage, and update subscriber data on their own websites. Built natively for Iterable from day one, Jule turns every pop-up, banner, inline form, quiz, and preference center into a real-time, server-to-server sync with the Iterable user profile, event, and subscription APIs.
The integration is bidirectional and fully managed. From inside Jule, marketers can map any form or quiz field to an Iterable user profile field, choose between three native action types (users/update, users/updateSubscriptions, and events/track), and configure list, channel, and message-type subscriptions per question. Submissions are written to Iterable in real time using the workspace’s encrypted API key, so behavioral campaigns, journeys, and segments can react to a Jule capture event within seconds.
Quiz responses are first-class citizens in the integration. Every quiz answer can write a structured data field to the Iterable profile and emit a “quiz_completed” (or custom-named) event with all answers attached as data fields. That means marketers can build a product finder or personality quiz in Jule, and immediately segment, journey-target, and personalize email content in Iterable based on the result, without any custom development.
Jule also ships a fully Iterable-aware preference center. Subscribers click a hashed link in any Iterable email, land on a Jule-hosted preference center branded to the sender, see their current subscriptions pulled live from Iterable, and update them with a single click. All requests are HMAC-signed using a workspace secret, so preference center URLs cannot be guessed or scraped.
Together, Jule and Iterable close the loop between on-site engagement and lifecycle marketing. Iterable customers stop building one-off forms and quizzes with engineering, stop maintaining bespoke preference centers, and stop losing subscribers to broken or off-brand experiences.
Pricing is transparent and traffic-tiered. There is no per-seat cost, no per-form cost, and no add-on for the Iterable integration or quiz engine. Everything is included in every Jule plan.
